Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.

European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
